Delivery Information

Our main service provider is Time Freight Express, however as they are better suited for larger items, therefore we can at our own discretion use an alternative courier for smaller packages.  

We either deliver to door or to the nearest Time Freight Terminal for self collect if the outlying area charge is too high or not justified, and it is a more affordable option for customers to collect at the Terminal. This is however the customer's prerogative, if they are willing to pay the additional to door fee for an outlying area, then the item will be delivered to door.  Main cities are always cheaper than outlying areas. 

Delivery is usually within 2 to 4 business days from receiving payment.  However, if special modifications are ordered, such as fishing conversions, nylon backrests, adjustable footrests, etc.  This can add  1 to 2 additional business days to the delivery time as your order is being modified to your specification.  

Also, if there are public holidays directly after making payment, it can delay delivery by 1 to 2 business days.  Please also note that out of stock kayak colours can take 1 to 2 business day to manufacture and prepare for dispatch.  Your kayak order comes direct from the factory, most colours are always in stock unless there has been a spike of orders for one particular colour.

Although we endeavour to have all orders delivered in record time, some instances, such as the above mentioned instances do affect delivery lead times.  However, we will endeavour to keep you up to date with your order's status.
